Pool was not heated. However its more for waterslide only feature. Room was nice. Homeless people living all the way around the building. Made us very uncomfortable with the amount of drug deals and swearing out the side and back doors of the hotel. Extra security in the building is great but if i would have known it was directly across from a homeless shelter, i would have avoided this hotel with my kids.

the room is decent and the bathroom was partially upgraded. It is unfortunate that there is a homeless shelter just next door which makes the area feel unsafe. The staff says there has not been any problems but it is still an uncomfortable situation.

Even though there was a slide, the pool is incredibly small so you can’t do much swimming. There’s a homeless shelter right outside the front of the building and the tree s trash everywhere by the parking lot. Breakfast was pitiful for a continental breakfast - mostly cheap bread items and a fridge with items you can microwave (nothing my Celiac husband could really eat). The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Perhaps my expectations were too high since we were in Bozeman but I would not choose to stay here again.

Property was good for value. Rooms had an interesting odour but nothing an open window didn’t fix. Location to homeless shelter was disconcerting although had no issues with anyone. A comfortable stay and would stay again.

No spa and pool not heated.

We were concerned by the homeless shelter across the street and how many were in the area. It did not feel safe. The pics show a spa. NO SPA. The waterside was freezing! NOT HEATED!!!! These were the only reasons I chose this hotel which was very disappointing, especially for my children.
