I love this hotel— great location, accommodating staff, dog friendly. I unfortunately got put on a lower floor despite requesting a high floor and paid the price of noisy upstairs neighbors my last night. My only other complaint is that I was told parking was $10 a day at the front desk and they charged me $15. Overall it’s a great place to stay- will book direct next time in hopes of securing a higher floor.

We loved everything about our 4 day stay at Element!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was on the Mountain View side and it was breathtaking. It’s a block from Main Street so we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The Carlisle restaurant in the hotel has the best food! One side is the bar and tables for dining and one side is more fine dining atmosphere. We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary there and they made us a cake! Will definitely stay here again!

Excessive fees and cheap short cuts. We checked in with our dogs and were told the first dog was free which is why we chose this hotel. However the second dog was 100USD. That is out of line. Checking into our room we noticed the tissues and toilet paper were the thinnest and cheapest quality equal to that of a 2star hotel. Finally at breakfast which was slowly rolled out after 6:45. The juices and coffees were so watered down guest poured them into the water dispenser sink. All the while we had to listen to kitchen staff complain they needed to be paid $10 more per hour. Bozeman is expensive but this Marriott took it to another level. I’ll be mindful of staying at Marriott’s going forward.

We loved staying at Element Bozeman. The location was great, allowing us to walk to downtown for some shopping and ice cream. We also loved the amenities in the suite. It was perfect for a girls night with my sister and my niece.

The property is updated and clean. It's a great location for walking into downtown. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The only issue we had is that we requested that something special be placed in the room for our daughter's 10th birthday and that was not done.

Great stay for DT Bozeman!

Great spot to stay in Bozeman right off the main strip. Nice breakfast, suite rooms, parking in the rear, clean, and a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Don’t Expect Your Room On Time

The check in was the worst I have had in a few years. Over 1 hr later than listed on the reservation, and that was only because I said I don’t care which room I get I just need a room and now. I was late for a business function because of this poor management and then I was given nothing but excuses as to why.
