There was no breakfast offered besides a small bag of stall gorp. Parking was $30 valet or you could park on the street several blocks away and walk back in the rain...and then again in the morning. There are not enough parking spots for all the rooms.

Great converted boutique motel. Excellent location right on Main St, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Nice amenities, smores at night by the fire, free LaCroix water, fresh popcorn daily and more. On site coffee shop also great. Highly recommend.

Overall, the stay was fine. Check-in was easy and the room quality was what I expected for the cost (I.e., more of a nicer motel vibe). Excellent location in Bozeman, easy walk to restaurants. A few downsides: *Paper thin walls - we could hear everything all night and barely slept. I think they know this because they provide earplugs in the rooms. *Not dog friendly - allowing dogs for a fee and being dog friendly are quite different. No dog area on property. Limited dog amenities. *Odd parking system - limited parking on the premises but not staffed enough to really offer valet.

The location for downtown Bozeman was great. The bed was comfortable. All the essentials were provided. However, it was very noisy inside and outside of the room. Outside noise traffic was disturbing to my sleep. Inside, I could hear through the walls of my room and the heater kicking off and on all night also made a lot of noise. I will not stay at this location again. Also, I was not informed at the time of booking my room that there would be a $30 parking fee if I wanted to keep my car safely in a lot outside.
