When we got there to check in, they didn’t have a room for us and told us they had overbooked that day. No call from the hotel, and found out when we walked in. The 2 people who were working weren’t even apologetic about it at all.

Let me begin as checkin. First my room was not ready for occupancy when I arrived. It was being cleaned so they offerred me an alternative, which I took. The room was fine except it did not have a phone in the room. The back that they provided for the ice bucket was two small for the bucket. The finally straw I am being charged $15.00 for parking on their premises. This was never mentioned when I checked in. The complimentary breakfast is only open from 6:30 to 8:30 am. Unless your a contractor worker who is staying at this motel and have to get up early to work this time period is not convienent for the vacationer. Almost every motel I have stayed at offers their breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 or 9:30 which is a more reasonable time period This motel has been open for one month
