Limited parking, EV’s prioritized

I’m a frequent Hilton traveler. For the most part, I can always depend on a good experience. I arrived on motorcycle at this location and there are only half as many spaces as there are rooms. For some reason they recently installed 8 new spaces for electric cars at a hotel with limited parking already. I ask if I could park in one and front desk says no and told me to park around the back side of another hotel at another address. That clearly didn’t set well with me as bikes are susceptible to theft and vandalism and I’m not parking at another property and walking back to this hotel. I pleaded my case and front desk got ignorant and said “what you want me to do about it”. Out of respect, I just did as she said but much to my surprise the next morning, of the 6 electric spaces, 3 had gas cars parked in them, 2 electric cars and 1 empty. Such a slap in the face.

Very nice and new but pet friendly and not to my liking too many pets for my expectation sorry but I’m not an animal person. Other than that I would give a 4 star. Very clean facility the pool was a bit cold inside. Almost every elevator trip was with a canine.

Top quality!

This was an amazing spot. Just 7 minutes away from Santa village and we also visited all the waterfalls close by. The hotel was clean incredibly comfortable and thoughtful. Everything we needed was so close. A convenience store right outside too. I received daily texts checking on our stay. The only thing I missed was an updated tv that would allow streaming connection and there was no bathtub in our room.

I specifically choose this hotel for the pool lift and accessible rooms. The room was good but the pool lift didn't work. No staff knew where the charger was for the lift for 3 days i was not able to access the pool and no one knew what they were doing.

The staff were very attentive and love the lobby layout. The rooms are clean and minimalistic. The one drawback is the terrible AC unit. Our original one sounded like a propeller airplane ready to take off. We were all woken up at midnight, including my 4 year old. The staff was attentive and we tried an alternate room where the ax definitely sounded more normal but it had a hard time cooling the room. It made for a very restless night for all of us. I didn’t ask the front desk to provide a discount for the inconvenience nor was it offered. Will definitely email corporate to provide the feedback. The service was indeed really great though so if loud noises don’t bother you when you’re sleeping, I would recommend.
