The hotel is a few-frills trendy line. Reminds me a bit of a modern college / university dorm (in a good way). By "few frills" I mean that the rooms themselves are quite basic, boasting a modern functionalist design that prioritizes open space and straightforward, practical design elements, and "clean ability". Few frills also captures service elements such as that cleaning of the rooms is every other day. But the hotel itself has amenities like pool, workout room, and a large lobby reminiscent of a dorm common room, with foosball tables, and sitting areas to invite people to gather.
The breakfast was... okay. I'd say it is a notch or two below what you would find at a Hampton Inn & Suites. I would stay here again but would skip breakfast.
Everything was quite clean.
