Escape to paradise when you book this 1/2 Elevated Duplex unit just steps to the beach! Renovated in 2019 with one queen BR and and one BR with (2) twin beds and two full baths. Please feel free to ask about early check-in - on days when I don't have guests leaving the same day, the unit is typically ready for you.

Vaulted ceilings, a brand new kitchen, all new luxury vinyl plank flooring and very comfortable furniture make this unit perfect for a small family or two couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

THE LOCATION:

Just behind Gulf Blvd at Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island, this unit is walking distance (within a mile) to many restaurants, Circle K, Walgreens, Publix, a childrens park, and of course the beach and the bay.

The location between Cortez Rd. and Manatee Ave. means you always have two routes to get on/off the island which can be very convenient!

There is also the free trolley to take you all over the island or even down to the amazing St. Armands Circle in Sarasota (you will switch over to bus service at the south end of the island to get down Longboat Key). The Monkey Bus will pick you up and drop you off right at your door which is very convenient if you want to have a few drinks and not worry about driving (basically our local taxi service).

THE PROPERTY:

Look forward to relaxing with all of the amenities you need in a home-away-from-home. Fully equipped kitchen including basic condiments, plenty of linens, beach supplies including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a beach cart and coolers.

Shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap included.

Bicycles can be rented just down the street or even delivered to you. You can also rent a golf cart and stand up paddle boards or kayaks that they will deliver.

After a long day of fun in the sun, return home to wash off the beach sand with a refreshing outdoor shower before heading to one of the many wonderful restaurants or to our famous Bridge St. for a game of putt putt golf and some shopping.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!Beds were comfortable for our family of 3! Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and the downstairs utility room had all the beach supplies we could ask for…towels, boogey boards, tent/umbrella, wagon, sandcastle supplies, beach chairs…you name it! Jennifer & her pup Spencer were the best hosts! We had a wonderful time cruising the island in a golf cart. Would LOVE to come back again soon!

Fabulous week stay

Fantastic location (2 minutes to the beach) that was perfect for our family of four. Home had everything you would need to have a great vacation (no detail overlooked). Jennifer is super helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. House is super clean and decorated like a showroom! We will be back !!!24 hour circle K at the end of the street is handy, and only 1.5 kms to the Publix (walkable if you are only buying a few things)

Jen’s house is great.

Location, location, location. Jen’s place is the perfect location for a gulf beach vacation. It is a quick walk to the beach, it doesn’t have public access so even during the busy season we were able to have a great spot close to the entrance to the beach to set up for the day. The beach was busy but there was plenty of room for all of us. She truly has everything from chairs, to toys, umbrellas, beach wagon and cooler. She has thought of it all. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, we slept a great! Ladies with long hair will appreciate the water pressure at Jen’s!! Bridge street is a quick ride away on the trolley or in your car but still far enough you don’t get all the noise from the party down there. This is our second time staying and we will be back again!!

This is our 4th trip to the island and to this property. For our family of 4 this is perfect. The house is always clean and inviting. Beach access is so close and with all the toys, chairs and umbrellas it makes the long days at the beach go by easy. We can’t wait for our trip next year!

Perfect get-away

This was our first time visiting AMI and Jen made our trip even better! She had plenty of beach towels, a wagon, chairs and umbrellas for us to use on our short walk to the beach. Her place is clean, cozy and well decorated. We really enjoyed the outside seating area. You won’t regret staying here.

Great place to stay.

This vacation rental was clean and easy to get to. Easy access to the beach and the free trolley. The trolley will drop you off and pick you up at many convenient locations from the south end to the north end of the island. Many good places to eat and shop. This vacation rental also gives you nice privacy. The owner Jennifer is wonderful. We had a great week.

We loved this for our family of four! This was our second time to the island, and this place had everythig we needed! Close to the beach, shops and dining.
