The property was very clean and fairly roomy. It had a decent location as it was about 1.5 blocks to the beach. The property included beach chairs but they were very worn. The beach cart was very helpful. They offered a cooler but it waa an awkward styrofoam box. We wanted to really like the property, but it just falls short. Furniture needs to be refreshed, especially the mattresses. They were unacceptable. The master bedroom mattress caved in the center and lacked any support. Our friends used the other room and left a day early as they could not stand the mattress any more. An investment in new mattresses and living room furniture, and it could be a really nice rental. It even offers a pool. Note- it requires two flight of stairs to enter property. 32 steps!

Clean, convenient, and affordable stay on AMI. It had everything we needed and the host was very communicative and open to feedback but we had no complaints.
