The location is wonderful. Just a short walk to the popular Bridge Street and just across the street from beach access. There's even an AMI Trolley stop right in front of the property. Nice, quiet, corner upstairs room in the condo building with a view of the fountain. The family room and front bedroom/bathroom have been nicely updated. The master suite needs some updating, but that's just a minor condition given the fact you're staying right there on the island.There was a problem with the master bathroom cold water faucet in the shower. I called on a Sunday and left a message about it, and they had someone there within 2 hours to look at it. The worker acquired the part and had it fixed an hour after that. Great work on a Sunday! Thank you.

The communication was great and the unit was older but very clean ! It was easy access to the beach which we loved and the location was close to many places in Bradenton ! The pool area nice but the pool was way too cold to swim in ! We would definitely return again !

The condo was nice with everything you may need during a beach vacation. However, I don’t recall seeing anything about construction/rebuilding of ground floor condos throughout the entire complex. As you entered the property a sign stating “enter at your own risk” was disconcerting. The constant sound of power tools and footsteps on the roof was annoying. During the week I received a text about an issue from the HOA concerning my dog. This issue could and should have been addressed by Skyrun by simply double checking my reservation which DID include my dog. I did receive an apology and the HOA was notified. While walking my dog we had to dodge workers and construction debris throughout the entire property. I do understand the construction due to the hurricanes late last year but I feel that should have been in the original listing.The pool was not operational as well which I don’t recall seeing this in the original listing also.

Run Away Bay Stay

The on-line listed is inaccurate. They stated recently renovated and did not show pictures of the bathroom for a reason. Renovations consists of backsplash and a few new light fixtures and maybe new flooring in living room. Other than that the bathroom were 1970 ish and dirty. I was under the assumption the pool would be open but received text while in flight that some amenities were not available. The pool was not done and every 1st floor unit and exterior was was under construction form flooding. The AC did not work when we arrived. The leasing agent was very responsive and provided portable units. A new AC was installed in 3 days. I would not stay at this property again as the advertising was deceitful.

The property is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, incredible porch, comfortable beds and overall a wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.We would stay there again.The rental company was accessible and very attentive to any of our needs.

Well appointed condo!

Very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Management was very responsive after I found out I left something there. Short walk to the beach. Two large bedrooms with their own full baths. Everything you could possibly need was there. Even a couple beach chairs in the closet on the balcony. Would definitely choose this place again.

Overall the condo was a great stay except problems with ants. We had to throw out cupcakes for a birthday celebration because they were full of ants and when we left we saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. Thankfully, it was when we left or we would not have been able to stay there and would have lost our money. We asked for more washcloths but couldn’t get those, I guess since we had a washer and dryer in the unit.
