☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

Each of the five beautiful bedrooms features ceiling fans, glossy wooden floors, and plenty of storage space. The rooms have been meticulously furnished to accommodate your entire group, from multiple families vacationing together to groups of friends catching up. Crisp, clean linens, luxurious, soft furnishings, and many practical touches ensure your vacation is not only carefree but comfortable too.

Not only does the first-floor primary suite boast its own bathroom but it also has French doors that open directly onto the pool patio revealing the stunning tropical landscaping beyond. You’ll know you’re on vacation when you grab your fresh cup of coffee and step outside to greet the morning sun! Every. Single. Day! The huge king-sized bed faces a wall-mounted smart TV, so you can relax and enjoy your favorite TV shows from the comfort of your room. But nothing beats the view of the shimmering saltwater pool that you’ll get from the comfort of your bed!

A second suite can be found on the second floor which has been designed as a “family suite”. It’s the ideal setup for young families as there’s a king-sized bed, a twin-sized day bed and a pullout trundle to accommodate extra guests. Like the main primary suite, this bedroom has a full bath and a flat-screen smart TV.

Also on the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with a stylish queen-size bed, supported by elegant wooden bed frames and accompanied by bedside tables and table lamps.

Last but not least is the fifth bedroom, also on the second floor, which we call the bunk room! The bunk room features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle stored underneath. Not only is this bedroom suitable for kids, but it can also accommodate a young family or a couple.

Two more rollaway twin beds are stored in the primary bedroom closet which allows you to sleep two extra people with ease.

Three sparkling bathrooms cater to your group’s needs. Each bathroom is maintained in pristine condition and provides you with a private sanctuary to freshen up.

The main ensuite bathroom is accessed via the primary suite on the first floor and offers a spa-like experience. This beautiful space features a double sink vanity and deluxe jetted bathtub that sits alongside a separate walk-in shower. Sink into the tub and let the frothy bubbles wash over you. It’s like your own personal hot tub!

The family suite also has a private bathroom which is very convenient when you need to get the little ones ready for bed! This bathroom features a double sink vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

The third full bathroom caters to the remaining upstairs bedrooms with a with a double sink vanity and soaking tub / shower combination.

On the first floor, adjacent to the laundry room is a half bath that is conveniently accessible from the pool patio.

Family life in this spacious home naturally congregates around the open living space. The living room is just to the left of the front door and is bathed in natural light from the big bay windows. A huge sectional sofa rests on a colorful rug which is perfectly positioned so that your whole family can enjoy a movie on the smart TV – simply log into your preferred streaming platform with your personal account. For a more traditional evening’s entertainment, help yourself to the multitude of family-friendly board games.

The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place for the chef in your group to whip up some delicious meals. Beautiful quartz countertops and high-quality stainless-steel appliances, including a JennAir oven, gas cooktop, LG dishwasher, and double refrigerator/freezer, ensure you can cook as comfortably as if you were at home. With plenty of utensils and dishware, you’ll have everything you need.

A spacious kitchen island provides you with plenty of space for food preparation as well as extra space for overflows from the dining room. Pull up one of the four high stools to enjoy an aromatic morning coffee or a casual bite to eat. With a convenient outlet on the side of the kitchen island, this spot can double as a workspace if the need arises.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the “formal” dining room – in reality, it’s anything but! This comfortable space centers around a contemporary wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 8 to 10 people and continues the coastal theme that you may have spotted in the rest of the house. Best of all, you can step straight out to the patio, allowing you easy access to al fresco dining.

Florida is known as the sunshine state for a reason so there’s no doubt that you’ll want to spend as much time outdoors as you possibly can. The private backyard has been beautifully landscaped to provide you with a sweet escape from the daily grind.

Jump into the heated saltwater pool and enjoy a carefree splash. It’s the perfect way to cool off from the hot Florida sun! Recline on one of the many sun loungers to dry off or grab a drink and head to the shaded pergola for a rest. There are plenty of ways to enjoy this tropical oasis, even for small children!

Let the kids explore the rear of the backyard where they’ll discover a hidden treehouse that they can turn into anything their imaginations can conjure! Will it be a pirate ship, or perhaps a castle? It’s shaded, making it a great spot for picnics and adventures. Kids will adore jumping, climbing, and swinging from the play equipment.

The covered patio has been designed as an entertainment hub, where your whole family can gather and relax. An outdoor dining table and a bar area sit beneath one of the two ceiling fans, so you can enjoy a BBQ in comfort. You will have full access to the entire house, including 5 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a relaxing living space. We encourage you to enjoy the fully fenced, private backyard, which features a heated saltwater pool, a children’s play area, and plenty of quiet spaces to unwind. Convenient amenities ensure your vacation runs smoothly, including free parking, laundry facilities, and high-speed wifi.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking both in the driveway and in the garage.
