Disliked: Cleanliness
Unable to contact the host, many deficiencies should of been dealt with. The promotional information did not represent the conditions of this rental. Faulty electrical outlets, sinks plugged and other plumbing issues. Broken floor tiles, dirty, chipped and rusty cookware. Fridge baskets broken, no light and other lighting not working. Walls patched and paint peeling, missing door at toilet. Bedroom tv's, one missing and other not working. Living room tv very limited in channels. Major mold identified in AC/heating ducts. Had to call Florida Building Code Enforcement and they did order the owner to make corrections. Code enforcement also stated that this property is not registered as a short term rental. To VRBO's defence, they did issue a small but acceptable refund. Further, I requested that VRBO delist this property until it will meet the cde requirements.
Stayed 20 nights in Feb 2026
