House Rules
This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras and noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.
Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours—can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Please be respectful of the property, furnishings, quiet hours, and neighbors to ensure a positive stay.

• Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches indoors
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to prevent pests (Florida is a tropical climate)

Pet Fee:
• $150 per stay for the first pet
• $50 per each additional pet
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed

The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us ahead of time so we can check availability. Please note, this request is subject to availability and we do charge an additional fee.

-inclement weather affecting your stay or altering your travel plans (we highly suggest obtaining travel insurance when booking)
-power outages, wifi outages, maintenance issues
-cancellation of your reservation due to breaking of house rules
-extreme weather conditions impacting the performance of the HVAC or pool heater
