House was good. Stayed here for a fishing trip with friends. We caught many fish and had a great time. The had what we needed but nothing fancy. It was cleaned well. We had a great time and were happy with the house. Only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars: Beds were ok, could have been nicer. They all had uncomfortable plastic over the mattress. One bathroom for three bedrooms was ok, but another would have been nice. Window AC units kept the house cool very well! But were pretty loud. Dock was short and was tough to get boat in but we managed. Would have been nice to be on the lake instead of the channel but it was just a short 10min boat ride up to Lamoka. All that said - we were happy there.

Beautiful Quiet Lake

Property was very clean. Was texted the incorrect number for entrance but I had spoke to property manager day before and she told me what the code would probably be—that was the one that worked. It worked for 5 adults. The room with trundle bed is extremely small. That bed & pillows was very uncomfortable. Everything else was great. It was a good place to stay for the price.

Very Comfortable and Clean

Plenty of outdoor living space and seating. Inside was very clean and easy to find everything. There were plenty of beds for everyone in our family fo have their own and we had an extra. The kids enjoyed catching fish off of the dock and the neighbors were nice. No one was too loud or bothersome in any way. Very peaceful stay.

Serenity on Lamoka couldn't describe it any better.

If you're looking for quiet relaxation, this is the place! But there is also lots to do within 30 minutes in every direction. The kitchen was very well equipped. It might be a smudge tight for six people but was perfect for the four of us. The hammock, deck furniture and Adirondack chairs provide lots of outdoor seating options. The fish were jumping. Great bird watching, if you like that. We enjoyed traveling the lake on the canoe and kayaks. The only downside were the Canadian geese that made a mess of the dock and yard. No barefooting! We cleaned the dock one day and it was a mess the next but that's hard to control. Deborah was quick to respond to any question we had. We are already planning next year's trip!

Relaxing getaway

Stunning views, cozy and comfortable on the inside and super clean. We loved enjoying our coffee on the deck each morning! Fishing was great. While enjoying the water and kayaks, we hooked into some Perch, Pickeral, Bass, and Bluegill. Great location with plenty of space.

It was peaceful and relaxing. There were issues in the house such as sulfur water that was undrinkable and disgusting. This was never disclosed to us. There was no working light in the kitchen and the one light in the bathroom flickered on and off. We were concerned that there was electrical issues.

The perfect lake house get away

Perfect spot for Memorial Day weekend! Spent our days grilling, playing yard games, making s’mores by the fire, and kayaking. Would 100% go back. Host was very responsive, too

Good quiet location

Stayed with my wife for a short anniversary trip to the Fingerlakes region. Property was in good condition and very clean. Only complaint was the advertised WiFi was on a metered plan. Apparently, the plan has a monthly data limit, and once the limit is reached (which occurred prior to our visit), the connection is limited to a very slow speed. At this point streaming is no longer possible, and the only option for TV is dvds, or using a mobile phone as a hotspot. Otherwise, we had a good experience.
