Had a event going untill 1am. And was denied access to pool due to the event, one of the reasons we choose this place. When asked for 3 blankets was told only can have two cause theres a set in closet. There was only 1 sheet not clean and 1 pillow i took the sheet down gave to front desk and still asked for set and blankets. Waited 2 hrs to get 2 blanks. And went down 3 times and called alot to no answer. Worst stay rude ass staff not staying again.

Always loved Embassy Suites for the interior garden / plants - this facility apparently under renovation - lots of empty planters - not as warm as usual. Daytime week day staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast very nice - would be nice to have food available for lunch time and staff to service dinner.

Courteous,friendly and excellent customer service from all staff members,beautiful decor fitting for the area but was disappointed that several water features were inoperable in the main lobby and more art work or horse sculptures,saddles,etc would be amazing We also found the parking area to be poorly lit which could be a safety issue? We booked a King suite with sofa sleeper but recieved a 2 double bed with sofa sleeper reason explained, that's all that's available Mattresses felt like Motel 6 minus the bedbugs we hope
