Shops nearby, quiet area, minimal on kitchen amenities but does the job for a quick short stay. Overall it did the job and was a nice quiet place.

Very rustic. Don’t expect much and you will be okay with this place. The bed and bathroom linens were quality. The floor was tile which I think is far better than a soiled carpet. The room was fairly clean. Check-in was unorthodox but worked out in the end. You get a microwave but are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker. The electric heat unit is on the ceiling which protects it from damage I guess, but as heat is known to rise… Continental breakfast consisted of toast, Saskatoon jam and peanut butter. You also had a choice of five kinds of dry cereal with milk. And coffee. That is all. But it was enough for us. If you are mainly wanting a place to sleep I recommend this place. The price is right. The owner was good enough to space guests in every second unit so it was nice and quiet. We will return to this place should the need arise.

Our only complaint would be that the air exchanger seemed to run continuously. Maybe that is normal in new builds. Otherwise, very happy with our experience.

The suite is very nice. Large, new, clean, kitchen is well set up, and there are thermostats with heaters different areas. A challenge of a basement suite with a very active family living above, is the noise. I was only in the suite from about 8pm to 10am, but the doors and cabinets opening and closing, vacuuming on a Sunday evening at 9:30pm, etc., wasn't the best. I've stayed in BnBs all over Europe and this one was the noisiest. The owners are new so maybe they can be more aware and lessen the noise level, and reduce it late at night and early in the morning in particular.From a service perspective, seeing the owners fully shovel their driveway and walkway, while leaving my door area with knee high drifts, was a little surprising. They did shovel it after I sent an email. Also, around noon on my final day they sent a message that the AC was going to be installed and that "I may notice some techs moving or working in the main mechanical room". I assumed that meant they were going to walk into my space since a door in the suite has a sign that says, "Mechanical Room". I drove across the city to put away personal items. For a non emergency, earlier communication (24 hours would be nice) or rescheduling it for the next day or two, after I'm gone, would be more appropriate. My time in Saskatoon was precious to me as I was spending time and taking care of my elderly, health challenged parents.These VRBO owners are very new and I hope they take this as helpful feedback.

A great place! clean and quiet. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Very clean cozy spot. It was great to have a full kitchen and full size fridge at our disposal. Hosts were very friendly and prompt to answer any of our questions. We will definitely be staying there again when we’re in the area!
