The pool was very cold. Adults had a hard time being in the water very long. And hot tub was always crowded but still not very warm.

The Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The first morning I asked if it was OK to take a plate from the complimentary breakfast back to my room as I was travelling with my dog. After answering yes, the lady( Gretchen or Gretel) offered to hold my dog’s leash while I fixed my plate. The buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold breakfast choices. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. My only concern was the power stations were very low wattage and did not fully charge my devices overnight. The pool was great and my grandkids loved the waterslide and hot tub. Checking in and out was very seamless. I would definitely stay there again.

We received a friendly reception at the front desk and our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the kids. For anyone looking for a very nearby dining option, there is a Chinese food restaurant just down the street. The food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast at the hotel was good too, but I really did not appreciate the disposable cutlery and plates that are the only options.
