The backyard has one available space for guests to park.



* Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road, but less so upstairs.



The Space:

Two Bedroom on Sixth is a comfortable upstairs apartment with lots of amenities. A full kitchen with refrigerator, full size electric oven, sink, microwave, & coffee maker. A tall round table with seating for four serves as the dining space. The kitchen has all the pots and pans needed to cook in the apartment.



In the living room you have a 2.5 seater couch and love seat opposite a 55" Roku TV.



Down the hall from the kitchen there is the main bedroom on the left which has a Queen size bed, a large closet, a dresser, an office area with a desk and chair.



To the right is the second bedroom which has a Queen size bed, and a good size walk in closet to store your luggage and hang clothing.



The bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower and bathtub.



Two Bedroom on Sixth is a non-pet/non-smoking studio. If there is an indication of smoking or pets reported from housekeeping, you will be charged a fee.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to one parking space behind the property in the parking lot. Guests can use the outdoor space outside of the front walkout.
