The owners went out of their way to provide any service they can to make the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond by doing some laundry then refused any payment. I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. The property was tranquil and relaxing.

Nous avons été très déçu de l’accueil… arrivé à 15h30 après 10 minutes d’attente nous sommes dans l’obligation de les appeler pour leur dire que nous sommes là. Déjà nous trouvons ça très boff, à 16h30 nous voulions leur demander de venir nettoyer la salle de bain car pleins pleins de cheveux dans la douche par terre etc et bien toujours personne a l’accueil et j’ai oublié de préciser qu’il ne parle pas 1 mot anglais seulement roumain… le monsieur nous explique lors de notre arrivée que le petit déjeuner est entre 8h30 et 10h et que nous pouvons prendre au buffet et manger dans la chambre… quelle fut ma surprise en arrivant à 9h20 et qu’il n’y avait rien à part des fruits dans un saladier… et biensur toujours personne. Je reviens 10 minutes plus tard et je croise la dame je lui traduit en roumain que je souhaite du pain pour emmener dans la chambre et elle pousse un grand souffle agacé… la chambre est magnifique et heureusement car il y a que ça. Tres chère pour le service
