When I seen a security guard stationed at the hotel we should have left right away. Groups of people walking the parking lots at all hours of the night carrying on, felt very unsafe to walk dog after dark.

Booked on main floor and at 76 years old made us climb to the top floor with no elevator , hotel full of Indians runnjng around and yelling and banging on doors , never stay here again , lots of hotels in Brandon and I am a choice hotel rewards guy

Advertised hot breakfast was well below expectation as seen on website pictures. Limited hot food, no bacon as shown. No bread for toast, bagels were hard as a rock, should never been served. Stayed at hundreds locations in lifetime, one of the worst breakfasts ever!
