The room had 2 queen beds, one looked like the sheets had not been changed, there was blood on the flat sheet and cover. I moved to the other bed, it was fresher. Bathtub has what looked like mold in the corners. No coffee replenishment on 3 rd morning.

Would have been 4 stars overall and and 4 on property condition, but the hot tub was broken and no compensation was offered because of this. I specifically booked this hotel because it met my criteria of King bed, Pool & Hot Tub with included Breakfast.

Room was fresh and bed comfortable. The cleaning lady was just making my bed when I checked in. She was apologizing and offered me a chair to sit on. I tipped $ her because she was so kind. I wear a knee brace. Natalie at the front desk was not very friendly when I checked in, but actually smiled when I was checking out.
