Maintenance issues

All tiolet need maintenance, light bulb need replace and TV’s in bedrooms needs codes which were not know, and doors drag needs adjustment. On positive side nice furniture, the kitchen was well finished. Very nice accommodations.

Excellent Family Vacation stay

What a stay! The home was exactly as pics show - gorgeous! Super cozy yet spacious for my crew of 9 plus my dog. The entire property was nice. We enjoyed morning and evening walks to the lake which had spectacular views! We had five packed days of excursions to do and everything was super close so it was nice to cut down on drive time. I’d like to thank Rhonda personally on here because she went above and beyond with her actions and customer service both before and after our stay. (My BIL accidentally left his keys which had fell behind the dresser and he didn’t realize until we got home. Thankfully Rhonda mailed the keys to us with no hesitation. The housekeepers even found a makeup bag left behind and shipped that too.) This was definitely a great experience and if we ever return to Branson, I will be re-renting this home!

Great family vacation

We spent a few days for spring break and this property. The cabin was very nice and accommodating. Location was great for everything we wanted to do. There were a few plumbing issues, like low or no water pressure for one of the sinks and one of the toilets. Called them and they got shower water pressure working in one upstairs bathroom but then the drain on the shower was leaking so we didn't use anymore. There was plenty of other showers and bathrooms that it worked out fine. Didn't have any trouble with not having enough hot water. Would definitely recommend.
