Very peaceful just setting on the patio with your morning coffee and watching the wildlife from deer, ducks or even a Marmot. Condo is nestled inside this gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. What a wonderful getaway with family and/or friends. This condo includes everything you will need with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, board games(in guest closet) and Cornhole game on the back patio. The community has a lot of amazing amenities which is just a small walk up the hill to. They include an indoor pool in the winter or big outdoor pool in the summer months and a nice hottub. Also Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts and a Tiki bar to order pizza, snacks and drinks. Or just go inside for some great food at the grill. There is also an indoor fitness room you can use with your access key card. Pet must be approved by owner and if approved pet fee is $60.
