Well for one we arrived on the day we were supposed to get there and apparently Expedia didn't send it to the hotel so they didn't have us checking in till the following day but the lady at the desk worked some magic and got us into an even better room for all three days at no extra cost. I do not remember her name but it was awesome what she did for us so our extended weekend vacation wasn't ruined.

Weekday overnight stay. Very quiet. Checking in was easy and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only two small complaints. First, fridge was not on and was not clean. Hair and food inside. Needed it to refrigerate insulin and had to wait quite a while for it to get cool. Second, there are few outlets for charging devices so maybe plan ahead. Overall, great place and would book again!

Once we got past the elevator and yo second floor where our room was it smelled normal but our entrance was on the side onto 1st floor and it smelled horrible of smoke, marijuana and cover up type spray. The elevator smelled worse. Our room was great and quiet even near the elevator. The pool and hot tub area is cold if not swimming but clean and well stocked with towels with clean seating areas and lots of room for many people to sit around the pool. There is a game room. The pool table and arcade games are decent. There are a couple win a prize type games that are kinda gross and old stuff in them so mostly taking up space.

I was a little disappointed as no pictures of the hotel led me to think that it was outside access in lieu of entering a lobby and going down a hallway or up stairs or elevator to an interior entrance to the room. That was my only issue.
