Bright and Gorgeous! Fish across the street - Lake Access in Branson!

Come and enjoy all Branson has to offer! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day. Relax with a cup of morning coffee on your back porch or walk to the marina and take in the view. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay. This Condo is up one flight of stairs. Come to the lake to fish or just relax! Golf is right next door at Pointe Royale Resort.

Beautifully updated space in a bright corner top unit with two king bedrooms (upstairs bedroom is a loft and has a top half open wall to living below) and two bathrooms. There is also a self inflating air bed and linens (best suited for children).

This is an open concept space decorated with your comfort in mind. The condo has been completely updated and all of the comforts of home have been provided. All spaces are updated and linens are new. We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee per stay, just choose the pet option when booking and it will be added to your reservation. Please let us know about your dog when booking.

The wonderful Fall Creek Marina is only a 5-minute walk from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer. You can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country.

You have access to the entire condo and private deck. Feel free to use any of the outdoor grills, gazebo, picnic table areas around the condo, and the playground near the Marina.

The marina is a short walk away - fishing poles and boat rentals are available. It is a fantastic spot to spend some time on the lake while in Branson. Our resort is also next to Pointe Royale where you can enjoy a beautiful golf course or dine on site.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

My family and I enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our pup. The condo was clean and just as described in the listing. I enjoyed the ability to easily walk the dog and having the marina and lake nearby was such a visual treat. The location of the condo was great - easy to get to all the attractions that we wanted to see. We also loved that there were a few restaurants within minutes.Communication was very easy, and Christine checked in several times before and during our stay to help make sure that we were comfortable. Branson was such a treat for us and should we be back in the future, we would def. consider staying here again.

This property is much smaller than what the pictures appear to be. The recliner almost touches the oven when reclined. There are multiple outlets do not work. The beds and linens are not comfortable. While I felt my family was safe the entire stay, the property is located on the back side of a trailer park and there are multiple vacant buildings nearby. The property owner messaged me multiple times a day with questions when I would have preferred to be left alone and I unbothered. Lastly "fishing across the street" is not really an option as there is no good wade or bank fishing access. The banks are all covered in small boulders. If you are a fisherman without a boat you will need to drive to the hatchery below the damn to fish.

1st time in Branson

Good location, quaint little place with just enough room for our 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs and very clean. Cute little bridge and brook next to the condo with just enough woods to attract some wildlife- we spotted raccoons, squirrels, deer and plenty of different birds. Host reached out several times to open the lines of communication in case we needed anything.

Great stay overall

We came to the area for a dance competition. It was close to the venue, but far enough away from the busy touristy area. We got to enjoy the area and marina and still have a wonderful place to stay, that the whole family appreciated. The only issue we had was dragging the giant dance bag up the stairs (ha-ha).

Comfortable and a few extras

This Fall Creek condo is a nice place. Very comfortable updated and pet friendly. There are lots of little extras. They provided coffee and I found a tiny bit of laundry soap to do a load that I didn’t expect to do. And a few snacks! Shampoo, conditioner and soap were also nice. This property worked ok for us with kids and dogs.
