Overall was a nice hotel only complaint were the amount of spiders that were hanging from outside walkways would come out at night from siding. But am glad to report that I never saw one in the room which was very clean. Great water pressure in showers. Breakfast is the same as in most hotels that serve a warm breakfast, difference was the nice employees that worked the breakfast. Dutton family show was worth the admission price. Can buy discounted show tickets in lobby.

I loved the location. It was easy to get to and right off of the strip. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't like were the beds. They were way to soft for my old back. Otherwise everything was great!

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room 223 had a bathtub that was filling up with water and not draining properly. The night manager was very kind when I called about it the issue. He had maintenance fix the issue in a timely manner for us. I also told him about a noisy patron above us. The patron sounded like a drunk elephant stumbling around. I had a hard time sleeping our first night there. The property itself was outdated and the room smelled slightly of mildew. The room had carpet and furniture that looked straight out of the 80’s. Where breakfast was held was nice. The food was average. I enjoyed the waffle maker and waffles. The older crowd was quite rude. There was a lot of them coughing without covering their mouths. The sense of entitlement was out of this world. There seemed to be no consideration for anyone else around them. Housekeeping was great and provided a clean room. The hotel itself is old and in need of many repairs, but the staff is great.

While this hotel is not 2025 brand new, it has been well-maintained and is clean. We felt hosted and cared for. We will be staying there again. I like that. The car was parked just outside the front door. I was traveling with my 89-year-old mother who uses a cane. The facility was easy for her to navigate.

The Dutton inn was the box car Willie. They have upgraded all rooms and keep a very clean and professional hotel. We will definitely stay again Elvis Presley
