Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, even though it seemed to be a full house. We didn't partake in the breakfast that was included, other than coffee but it looked appealing and had a variety of items. The price we paid was fair and we definitely plan to stay there again.

I felt the front desk person was insulting upon check in. I survived a roll over crash wherein I was ejected from the vehicle and broke my spine. When I requested a first floor room, the guy at front desk rolled his eyes, huffed, and said "It's only one flight of stairs. " I felt as if he was trying to imply I was just being lazy. When I called him out on it, he never even apologized, just made excuses. Very rude, do not recommend.

We completely enjoyed our ourselves. The room was extremely clean, friendly staff and the hot breakfast in the morning was not bad at all. We’ll definitely come back and stay here again and we give them a complete five stars. and will highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

The hot breakfast was slightly lukewarm. The stairs to the upstairs are not covered and we were rained on trying to climb the stairs with luggage. The jetted tub is dated but functional as expected. Small bathroom space and tub.

Great quiet place to stay off the main strip. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Could have a bit more variety to offer for breakfast. But it is better than having to go out everyday. We have stayed here several times and will be again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in room 206. The property was in a quiet area of Branson. Room was nice and looked recently updated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Had good hot water in the shower with decent pressure. I appreciate that the room was not carpeted, but also the floor wasn’t the cleanest, if I walked around with no shoes, the bottom of my feet were pretty much black. I ended up wearing flip flops so I didn't get the sheets dirty. Both bed platforms under the mattresses in our room were super creaky when we’d sit on the edge to get up, but were okay while sleeping. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. It’s about 5 minutes from anywhere on 76, but doesn’t have the traffic hassle. It was a really great value and I’d stay there again.
