If i could give 0 🌟 i would, this place doesn't even deserve stars period. We was in room 111, the worse week of sleep i have ever had. That bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on. The bathroom took at least 30 minutes to drain, wants the water was gone it was full of nasty hair. House cleaning of course came by every other day, switch i didn't care about that. But damn at least make the bed. I promise i will never come back. I read all the reviews and what I read and what I saw way to different things. I didn't see how the got that score. The first and last time they ever get money from us. To many hotels in Branson to even think about staying here again. And don't get me started on that heated pool.. A complete joke.. its a pool yes but nothing heated about that water.. Anyways now that's a real review

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but my room was clean and smelled amazing! They changed are trash and gave us fresh towels ! Staff was friendly! Short drive from the strip and cheap! Overall 10/10.

We got there it was clean i can say that but shower wouldn't drain. Went to pool water was ice cold supposed to be heated and then jets weren't working in hot tub, no towels at pool. Also no shampoos or soaps for shower. We got up to go to breakfast went there room was full and no food on buffet only had 1 lady working couldn't keep up only bringing 6 sausage patties a small cup of eggs and only a few biscuits like 6 at a time most of guests didn't get breakfast luckily IHOP is across the highway. Not very satisfying stay so only thing was clean and our tv needed hooked up when we got there they got right on that so 2 positive things but too many negatives

Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Neighfelt safe. Room was not clean; kind of like it had a "face lift" with new bathroom fixtures. Bathroom was clean but everything was dusty, floor had not been vacuumed. There were cobwebs in the corners.

The "heated" pool was cold. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was ok- biscuit was cold and semi hard, potatoes were cold. Parking was ok but mostly on hills. Pool and breakfast are all seperate buildings. Toilet was really short. Rooms could use some updating
