• This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit with 8 stair steps required to reach the entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available in the parking lot for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is required and will be obtained at the security gate upon check-in.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
