Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunately, I have sent several messages to the host regarding issues with our stay beginning Friday at 10p. I have yet to hear from them. I let them know I would hold off sending this review if they'd address the issues we had during our 1 night stay, but I've not heard from them in the VRBO message portal or email. The issue was right above our room, it sounded like furniture being rearranged, something harshly rolling on the floor and stomping for hours. First message was sent at 10p. After being awake most of the night, I sent another message at 6a asking if by chance a construction crew was up there laying flooring. This follow-up message was sent Saturday (day of checkout):I sent 2 messages between 10p and 6a this morning regarding our stay. It was so loud most of the night. Between that and the loud heater that kicked on every 15-20 minutes, we were up nearly all night. This morning there were 4 hairs on the shower wall and one of the blue blankets on the bed was covered in white dog hair. We are very disappointed in the cleanliness and noise.After this message, I sent another basically begging them to call me. I haven't heard anything.
