Located within the popular Pointe Royale community, guests of these homes will be able to kick off their getaway right on site with access to an abundance of resort-style amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and even lakeside trout fishing. If you’re bringing your clubs along, you’re already aware of the variety of surrounding championship golf courses to choose from, beginning with the namesake Point Royale Golf Club just steps from your front door.



Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. For breathtaking views, take a scenic drive along the Ozark Mountain roads, offering panoramic vistas at every turn. Each home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms include a luxurious king size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, as well as a TV. The ensuite bathrooms both include a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This unit's main entrance is on the 3rd floor, with 18 steps required to the entry door.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• This is a PET FRIENDLY home. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.

• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.

• This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.

• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
