It was super easy check-in (except for my license plate number I didn’t know you needed prior to checking in) but we called for blankets and had extra blankets within 5 minutes. Super nice, friendly staff

For being an older property, it really is a nice place. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Some things could be cleaner (vents and stuff) but they do a really great job with upkeep. Already looking for our next trip at Thousand Hills!

Have stayed here many times but it’s starting to go downhill.the breakfast buffet used paper plates now and you have to pay for pop. The housekeeping is rude about bathing in on the rkevators

This was a good property to stay for the night while in Branson and attending Sight and Sound. Breakfast was provided and staff was really friendly. Finding a parking spot was tough and the area around where breakfast was served could have been cleaner but all in all a great place.

It had been about 15 years since I’ve been to Branson and I was really surprised. Overall, I think the experience to Branson was mediocre. Buildings, property and facilities looked rundown. Since I had been there last, the clientele had changed. I know the economy is affected tourism but boy it’s hit Branson in a big way.

Super annoyed at the amount of times we were approached about a timeshare presentation…in a 24 hour span, we were asked THREE times. Also, I waited thirty minutes….THIRTY minutes…for a hotel in Sunday morning. I would have taken the stairs, but I had a luggage cart, so stairs weren’t an option. Also, the front desk lady completely lied to me…when we checked in, I asked about getting a free drink ticket to the bar (Jack Henry’s). She replied ‘we don’t do that anymore’. Later that evening, I was sitting in the bar, buying a drink, and I noticed another patron had one and got a free drink with it. I asked where he got it….he said he was given a few when he checked in!!! Also, we had 4 people in our room, and we were only given 2 free breakfast vouchers. I double checked my reservation, and I most certainly put 4 people. So, I went back to the front desk to ask about the missing vouchers….and the line was at least 25 people deep. Way too long to stand in. So…we just skipped breakfast completely. Incredibly annoyed. The 3 things that always set Thousand Hills apart; the friendliness, the free drink coupons at check in, and the free breakfast…ALL FAILURES this trip. I’m debating if I give Thousand Hills another try next time I’m in town. Very disappointed though. I’ve always loved this hotel SO much…

My request to cancel last day of stay was denied even though I called 24 hours ahead. And the employee at front desk scheduled a show at 5:30 pm and then called me later stating they did not have a 5:30 pm available but the Dolly Pardon Stampede stated they had 5:30 pm shows available. Housekeeping at Thousand Hills Resort Hotel never came to our room to clean.

Would not recommend

Rooms were old and dingy. The showers were gross. Water temperature of shower was all over the place. The water would all of a sudden get cold during shower. Housekeeping never brought clean towels to rooms. The whole hotel was hot and muggy inside. The best part of the stay was the bartender Carolyn. She was amazing and made great drinks.

This is a place to sleep. Breakfast is tedious trying to get food with long lines. There are limited staff for check in and out. If you just need a place to sleep and keep your luggage, this is suitable.

Have no complaints. We had plumbing problems that were addressed quickly. Although they weren’t resolved completely the repairs made the room habitable. Otherwise a good stay.

Friendly staff but the rooms are way outdated, like there weee no usb charging ports in the room. We had 5 devices that needed a usb to charge. There is no cleaning service until you leave. We were there 6 days. Had to go to the front desk daily to get wash cloth etc, and empty own trash after third day. No bath soap supplies either. 2 lamps didn’t work. Had to work on the tv but finally got it working. No microwave oven unless you walk way down the hallway and use the one (1) shared for the entire floor (lol). They just need a good upgrade to be more modern. BUT the price is excellent.
