All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and outgoing. The hotel is definitely dated and in need of upgrades but our room was clean and spacious. I don't like that check out is at 10:00 am. Although that's typical for a timeshare, hotels generally have a later checkout time. Also, the hot water could stand to be a lot hotter. You can turn it on hot only and still feel like it's not a particularly hot shower.

yes the room was neglected. When ask for clean towels on thursday morning. they came in a garbage bay thrown on the floor and dirty ones were still on the bathroom floor. Then friday morning my wife went to the front counter and ask for our bed sheets to be change out. The front desk clerk said ok. Came back that night only to have them put in a garbage bag and thrown on the floor. Wife ask for new towels and can we get the bed sheets change. the front desk clerk said she would have them do it. Came back that night same results everything in a garbage bag on the floor. when we check out sunday we told Isaac what happen and he apologize. I told him i would like to talk to a manager. He said he would go back and to the manager on duty. When he came back he told us that the manager was going to refund my credit card 2 nights for 176 dollars and some change. I ask Isaac for a copy of the bill and he stated that they had to do it with Expedia who we went through for the room. We called that morning to Expedia and the gentlemen who help us,listen to our problem and said he would call the hotel and talk to the manger. When he camme back on the phone he said that they were going to credit my credit card back for 2 nights and it would take 3 to 5 business days. I check out on 12/07/25 and when I check my credit card on 12/13/25 there was no credit showed. I have reach out Expedia several different days and told them nothing has been credited. They said they would call the hotel.

Staff is excellent, very helpful and always kind. The place is clean and well kept. The pool and pool area a small. The kids had more fun playing/swimming in the super large bathtub in our room. The free breakfast is ok. Not something I would pay extra for. Will definitely stay here again if we ever travel back to Branson. The staff was also very helpful with attraction and show tickets, suggestions for fun things to do.

Upon entry into the room, dirty linens and towels were piled up in front of our room, along with two bags of trash. Our countertops were not clean, curtains were hanging off the rods, the TV would not work and it was reported to the front desk twice and no effort was made to fix it so we had no TV the whole stay. The staff at the front desk made no effort into meeting our needs. Their input was that the hotel was going to upgrade in the spring. We were very displeased.
