There was mold in my room that got me sick they changed us rooms just to late. Theres no room service i go out to have fun come back to no clean room.

Very rude staff

The people at the check in and out place were horrible and rude we never saw any housekeepers the whole time we were there so we never had any clean up done in our room no clean linens or towels were brought to our room either I was not happy at all

My husband was hospitalized and I needed to cancel the stay. They refused. I have 5 nights reserved in June. I will cancel those nights. An emergency should have some leniency. They lost over 1000 for a $120 night stay. Bad business.

As it was our first stay, we found we really enjoyed your central location. Facility was clean, quiet and, while some necessary maintenance issues/upgrades were taking place, we concluded we'd certainly entertain returning in the future. It is a bit difficult to assess staff as except for checking in and one interaction at the breakfast buffet, we had NO INTERACTION in our 5 day period. The only negative we would note was the breakfast buffet. Honestly, we've had better at much smaller chains; we expected more at a more upscale facility such as yours. (Note: except for 1st day, we actually ate out for breakfast for the rest of the week). To all reading this review, the 1000 Hills Resort is well worthy of your consideration.
