Everything was clean. Close enough to town without all the noise. However, I did ask specifically for a room on the ground floor for my elderly mother and got one on the second floor with steep stairs.

Had a fun time with my family of six. Everyone had their space and did not feel crowded! Place was clean and organized. Had trouble finding parking a few times, but most if the time could park right next to the condo. Beds were mostly comfortable if not a little bit too soft. Pool was refreshing in the heat of the day. Overall a good place to stay in Branson if your bringing a larger family.
