Get ready to enjoy a relaxing getaway while staying with us at the Foothills. Our condo with two king suites and a new queen sleeper sofa has recently been updated and is now ready for you to be our guest. With over 1400 square feet, you will have plenty of room for two couples or for a family of up to six people to stay comfortably.
Kick your feet up with the two new electric recliners and watch some TV. Both recliners have USB ports on the chair. A chilly night? Turn on the electric fireplace to knock the chill off or to create a romantic atmosphere. While the dining table seats 4, there are 3 additional stools at the bar if more seating is needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with about everything you could need to make anything from snacks to a gourmet meal. Lots of new pots and pans, bowls, dishes, utensils...even some spices. If you're thinking about grilling out, bring the burgers and hot dogs or the steaks. There is a gas grill on the back porch. Just move it out from under the porch while in use please.
If you need to wash some clothes, feel free to use the new large capacity washer and dryer.
We have tried to think of everything one would need for a comfortable stay. This is our second home, so we have stocked it with all the things we need while staying there. We hope you will think of this condo as your home-away-from-home too and stay with us every time you visit the beautiful Ozarks.
Our condo sits directly across the parking lot from the clubhouse at the Foothills. Our guests have access to the clubhouse amenities, including an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness room.
Other things to note
Please know that this is a bottom floor condo and there are 17 steps down to the front door. We love having a downstairs unit so we can have a back patio with a green area to enjoy. It's a great place to have a cookout!


This is a smoke free condo. This includes no smoking of anything, including Marijuana. If you should choose to smoke outside, do not smoke near an open door or window and do not throw your butts on the lawn.

Although we love our four-legged fur babies very much, the Foothills complex does NOT allow pets, unless they are service animals. Emotional support animals are NOT considered service animals by the ADA or the Foothills. If you have a service animal, you are required to pick up after your pet has used the bathroom outside and dispose of it in the dumpsters outside.
