Everything about the hotel was great except we had a problem with the key cards not working. Had to reactivate the cards several times. Staff was very accommodating and issued new cards to our room. We had no problems after that.

The hotel itself was very clean. I was impressed. Staff very friendly. The room was clean and nice. The water pressure in the shower could be better, and they need new pillows. Our pillows were too soft, no support. That would be the oly thing that I didn't like.

There were a lot of people mulling around the parking lot. Cars driving around and around scoping out the hotel. It felt unsafe.

The room was very musty. Odor lingered while we stayed. Alarm clock was malfunctioning, tv was too low to view from the bed, cable was horrible, constantly freezing, limited options for basic cable. The hotel wifi absolutely sucked. Averaged 1.25 mbps on a wifi5 connection, i had to use my mobile data to get better connectivity. Bed sheets for a queen should be larger than the bed. Felt like we slept in a shirt pocket.

I felt the room was cozy and comfortable. It was clean and had enough space for 2 people to relax comfortably. The bed was mid as was the hotel stay; nothing stood out The area down the street was action packed with police and arrests.

broken items in room....asked for a queen bed and got a double, bed was not comfortable at all. local channels only on TV , for the price u would think they would have smart TV's so you can enjoy your own apps.
