Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Boa estadia em vista do valor cobrado

Pelo valor da diária, o hotel atende as expectativas. A localização é excelente, bem em frente a torre de TV, próximo a uma rede de fast food e shoppings. O café da manhã tem um número bom de opções e estava gostoso. O quarto é amplo. Por ser um prédio antigo, o hotel necessita de mais cuidados com a manutenção. O chuveiro precisa passar por higienização para desobstruir os canais de saída d'água. Foi difícil conseguir tomar banho, pois cada canal estava jogando água para um lado diferente do box. A janela estava faltando lubrificação no trilho, dificultando a abertura da mesma. A tv deve ter umas 21 polegadas, semelhante a um monitor de computador. Haviam apenas alguns canais, uns 10 no máximo. O ar condicionado estava funcionando bem. As camas eram boas e a roupa de cama e toalhas pareciam estar bem limpas. O guarda roupas tinha um tamanho bom. No quarto tinha uma geladeira ao invés de frigobar. Na hora do check in, houve muita demora pois a impressora da recepção não estava funcionando.

Atendimento cordial, como tem que ser, limpeza e Café da Manhã muito bom! Constrastando com o restante: conservação, estrutura, funcionalidade. Troquei de apartamento porque o batente da porta estava solto, no anterior e no que me instalei na troca o resultado era o mesmo: portas e janelas não fecham (a da entrada com dificuldade), nunca vi guarda-roupas sem cabides, nem banheiro sem porta toalhas ou ganchos para roupas! O colchão? Fui premiado com um de molas bem “mole”, Internet? Zero! É a segunda vez que tive problemas com essa “rede” não me pega mais!
