Location is great. The bad thing about this hotel is that Internet never worked and even thought we told the receptionist he didn't care or took actions to resolve it.

Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Ficamos hospedados apenas por um dia. Único ponto importante a ser destacado é que o estacionamento é público e não privado e tivemos um problema com o aquecimento da água no primeiro dia. A torneira de água quente/fria está trocada.

Gostei bastante da hospedagem. Tudo muito limpo e organizado no meu quarto. Fiquei no 1417.. existe uma obra ao lado do hotel, que pode incomodar quem quer dormir até mais tarde. Como fui a negócios, já tive que acordar cedo, não foi pro lema pra mim.

Assustador

Pedi uma alteração para cama casal no chat da Hotels.com e me garantiram que eu teria a cama casal. Quando cheguei não tinha cama casal e falaram que não poderiam ter garantido algo se não falaram com o hotel. Fiz o check in no quarto com duas camas e ao subir, o quarto era assustador , fedido a cigarro , uma vista horrível pra algo escuro, imediatamente desci e pedi por tudo que me trocassem de apto , não tinha como dormir ali. Me ofereceram um apto , pelo que entendi como UP grade, pois tinha uma vista da avenida principal. Fiquei lá pensando em sair no dia seguinte , pedi pra ver possibilidade de cancelamento mas a cidade estava lotada. Camas pequenas , tomadas não funcionam apenas a do banheiro. Não tinha telefone no quarto , pedi um iFood e quase perdia. Eles atendem pelo WhatsApp mas não tinham falado isso no check in. Não tinha cofre, tv minúscula com 3 canais funcionando. Trinco da porta WC caiu ao abrir. Sensação de WC sujo. Cobertas não tinha cheiro de limpo. Wi-Fi péssima. Sem frigobar abastecido. Pra finalizar: sangue no corredor na última noite ao voltar do jantar, equipe foi ver, um achou que era, outro achou que não, que era “brilho” Enfim não indico pra ninguém. Café bom, atendente do café gentil. Pretendo não voltar. Ponto alto é a localização , apenas.
Dormia com trava de segurança , pois o trinco não fechava a porta direito.

O Hotel entrega aquilo que promete e o custo benefício é ok! fui a trabalho então não fiquei muito no hotel. Café da manhã é ótimo, dentro dos padrões do valor do hotel, todavia faltou internet, secador de cabelo no quarto. E também é bom lembrar que no prédio há uma casa noturna e que o som atrapalhou um pouco a noite

Não recomendo para estadias por mais de uma noite.

O sinal de internet não funciona nos quartos. Solicitamos que fosse verificada a situação mas não obtivemos êxito; Ar condicionado barulhento; Banheiro sem acessórios mínimos, como por exemplo, suporte para shampoo e não há secador de cabelo no quarto. Não recomendo para estadias por mais de uma noite.

Recomendo porém família quarto fundos

Atendimento excelente dos funcionários, café da manhã muito bom, quarto bom porém não recomendo que família com bebês ou quem tem dificuldade de dormir com barulhos fiquem nos quartos com vista para frente porque são muito barulhentos. No restante tudo ok.
