Bem ruim a minha experiência. Quarto absolutamente barulhento, tanto barulho externo quanto interno. Dormi 3 horas no total. Quarto frio também, com janelas que não vedam som ou vento. Passei frio e não consegui dormir. Não volto. Piso frio, de cerâmica e banheiro carece de reformas.

Péssimo hotel

A estrutura do hotel é horrível! Tudo muito velho, mal conservado e com acabamento horrível. Pingos de tinta por todo canto, quartos com infiltração e parede descascando, banheiros extremamente velhos (do tipo que mesmo limpo parecem estar sujos), móveis extremamente mal conservados e com péssima aparência. O local é bem localizado mas na porta tem bastante morador de rua. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e fazer a estadia naquele hotel de péssima estrutura ficar mais razoável. Meninas da limpeza capricham demais e tudo é bem cheiroso por conta disso, mas NÃO VALE A PENA ficar lá. As avaliações são boas por conta dos funcionários muito queridos e prestativos, mas isso não compensa o lado de que a estrutura do hotel é da pior qualidade possível.

Média segurança veicular

Quase sempre que vou a Brasília fico hospedado no setor hoteleiro norte. O problema de outros lugares é a possibilidade de furto (perdi o estepe da camionete), no Econotel, embora seja em frente, há um guarda que fica parte do tempo, de olho, dificultando o trabalho dos meliantes. Então, escolhi ficar sempre lá por causa da média-segurança
