I was there for three nights and paid around 450$, nothing unique about the property, the front office staff was least interested in me having a comfortable stay. You could imagine what's the service like , when I tell you that they would not even provide a single bottle of water in the room, unless of course you pay for it. it's not about the 1.5$ water bottle but the intent.

É um hotel muito bom. Café da manhã e localização excelentes. Achei que faltam algumas coisas para ser um 5 estrelas de verdade, como algumas comodidades (amenities) legais. Só havia o básico que encontramos em quase todos os hotéis, como shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e touca de banho... Tivemos que esperar 1h30m para entrar no quarto, para além do horário do check in. No dia seguinte à primeira noite nos trocaram de quarto, pois ia haver manutenção no tapete do andar e teria cheiro de cola.

Hotel muito bom, mas peca em alguns detalhes

Serviço impecável, porém o hotel peca em alguns quesitos. O hotel e antigo, mas nada que interfira no conforto, inclusive é até um charme. O problema é que não renovaram os enxovais, roupa de cama velha e gasta (até mancha é um rasgado tinha na minha), como sou alérgica senti o ácaro dos travesseiros e do colchão, travesseiro extremamente velho e murcho, e cobertor que não cobre a cama toda. Pelo porte do hotel, merecia uma maior atenção nesses detalhes

Atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar

Atendimento da recepção é péssimo. Costumo me hospedar em Brasília 1x/mes, geralmente no Windsor Brasília. Nessa viagem queríamos ficar próximos ao parque e escolhi o Windsor plaza. Solicitei um quarto silencioso e alto desde o momento da reserva, já que eu e meu marido estávamos de plantão há mais de 48h e teríamos 18h para descansar e começar tudo novamente. Segundo a recepcionista minha “categoria” só permitia até o sétimo andar. O que eu entendi perfeitamente. Mas ela nos colocou no quinto andar e AO LADO DO ELEVADOR, então o dia todo ficamos escutando os hóspedes do andar inteiro entrando e saindo do elevador. Além disso, não há auxílio com a bagagem… um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas com esse tipo de atendimento me parece inadequado. O hotel está em reforma que ocorre aos finais de semana até o início da noite, o que deixa bem barulhento. Pontos positivos: quarto amplo, cafe da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários do café são gentis. Minha dica, ficaria no outro Windsor de Brasília
