A great value for the price. A gracious clubby bar/library and a separate lobby lounge. A far better than average gym. All the benefits of a large hotel with intimacy and class. If only the desk hadn't screwed up my taxi to the correct train station i'd be even more enthusiastic, but i'm totally pissed about that.

Location was convenient & very impressive. Stayed 3 nights. The restaurant is pricy but the food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is very good but they do a poor job of replenishing, even if there is 1 hours left. This happened all 3 mornings.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The L'occitane amenities in the bathroom. Makeup mirror (extra points in my book...). Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful summer garden. Competent, polite, friendly staff with good recommendations. Walking distance to the old city. Real feeling of luxury. If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would.

The location was great just a couple of minutes away from the Old Town. The hotel’s restaurant exceeded my expectations and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay! What I didn’t like, was that the air conditioning was centralized and had been switched to heating, which made the room a bit too warm at times.

Favorite stay of our trip.

A huge, spacious hotel room which is hard to come by in Europe. Everything was clean and the staff was incredible. Amazing breakfast included in the stay and our trip was made by the spa at the property.
