Situated by the town square, the property is ideal for walkers, nature spotters, beach lovers and golfers, with a wide range of landmarks and attractions in the surrounding area. Angus is home to many of Scotland’s finest golf courses, with Kirriemuir, Arbroath, and Carnoustie all within 20 miles. The coast is within easy reach, with highlights including Lunan Bay, Montrose Beach, and St Cyrus Beach all within 12 miles. From Brechin you can take a trip by steam train on the Caledonian Railway. Other local attractions include Langley Park Gardens, Montrose Air Station Museum, The Caterthuns, and The House of Dun and Angus Folk Museum (all within 8 miles).
