If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. Well... The resort and the condo were nice... Maybe a little "dated", and the resort could use a little TLC, but overall an excellent location and a perfectly functional condo. Cleanliness of the condo was fine. The kitchen appliences were fine. The only issue was the weather in the spring of 2026, and the early closure of Peak 9, so the ski in / ski out... wasn't...We booked months ago, so we paid the price for ski in / ski out, when we could have found a much cheaper location, closer to town (since we had to use the gondola, anyway). Sadly, Peak 9 closed down the week before the reservation, so this news was outside of our cancelation (with refund) window. That was our fault, but just be cautious about booking a spring skiing vacation, too far in advance.
