Now here’s a cozy condo that’s perfect for a close-in ski getaway! Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, you’re just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. Throw in seasonal access to the Columbine Pool, Hot Tubs and Clubhouse, and your group will be thrilled that you booked it!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to 4 people. There’s a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Or step out onto the patio, pull up a chair and relax after a long day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is right off the living room and has seating for four at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, and parking for two vehicles. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
