With free parking, ADA access, a shared hot tub, and modern amenities, this condo has everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.

Proximity: This unit is situated in the Ten Mile Suites building, just 0.3 miles (approximately a 7-minute walk) from downtown Breckenridge. The nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, Atrium, is only 500 feet from the condo, providing quick access to Peaks 7 and 8, ski lifts, and other local attractions.

Living Room: The sun-filled living area features west facing windows with cellular shades for privacy. Relax on the plush pull-out sofa or cozy armchairs while enjoying the flat screen TV or electric fireplace. Natural light and mountain accents create a bright, inviting atmosphere.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The adjoining 4-person breakfast bar and separate 4-person dining table provide plenty of space to cook, eat, and entertain.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Quaint unit on the quiet end of town. Kitchen is stocked too cook various meals. Very walkable to main Street, the troll trail and nearby market. Short drive to the gondola for all your summer fun.

Great getaway from the heat in Boulder. Check in was seamless and we were even able to get in early. Excellent set up for relaxing and movie watching, comfortable beds, very quiet and spotless! Even enjoyed the hot tub which we usually avoid but it was sparkling clean and we had it all to ourselves. Every thing we needed was available with a short walk to Main St. we have stayed at many condos over the years in Breckenridge over the years and this one did not disappoint!

Great Location for hiking

Location of property is excellent. There are plenty of hiking trails surrounding Carter Park which is right next to the unit. Check in was done through an email. The kitchen is updated and very easy to cook in. Main street is just 2 blocks away.

Great rental for a ski weekend!

The rental was about a 10 min walk to the Quicksilver lift at peak 9 and less than a 5 min walk to Main St. The rental was clean, large, and upgraded. We were able to make breakfast easily before skiing. It was nice to walk to everything.

Breckenridge Ski Trip

Stayed here for 5 nights. My three kids (college/HS) and I Location was excellent just two blocks from Mainstreet, one block from Breck Free Ride stop, one block from grocery store. The property was clean and organised. My particular unit had parking 40 feet from my zero entry door.10/10 would recommend

Great Condo in Breckenridge

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo in Breckenridge. The location was perfect and within 5 min walk to the stores. Easy access for skiing. Clean and fresh with modern updates. We will stay here again.

Loved that The property was 5 minutes ( walking) to Main Street also if you have small children’s there’s a park right behind the complex so the kids can have fun and it was very quiet and peaceful at night. I did have to call management because the washing machine had mold and a bad smell but they did send someone within 3 hour period cleaning lady was super nice and explained us why it was like that also it had all I needed to cook like pots and pans and they did have a coffee bar which I loved it I will highly recommend I will for sure booked it again.

Excellent location!

We’ve visited Breck many times. For summer and fall, this location was great. Easy walk to Main Street and ver close to a free ride stop. Many trails within walking distance. Will certainly be back here for a summer/fall stay again! If coming in the winter to ski, would be a great location for adult ls, but with kids, I’d prefer something closer to the slopes.

Terrific ski getaway

We came for a quick ski getaway while visiting our daughter in CO. This condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Convenient walking distance to Peak 9 base, and lots of restaurants and shopping. Clean and well appointed place. Would strongly consider this again when we return!

Great stay at French Haven

We loved our stay at the French Haven. The condo was clean and well stocked. The area is very quiet as well. Very easy walk to Main Street and the market. We only drove to hike or explore other parts of Colorado. We never ended up using the kitchen to cook because there are so many choices on Main Street. There’s plenty of space for 4 to spread out and relax.

Easy walk to Town

Not spacious but comfortable two-bedroom one bath. Recently renovated. Cozy. Hot tub (run by 3rd party) wasn't hot but was just steps away. Property manager was responsive and made outreach. For the cost for our quick trip this fit the bill.

Perfect Location Near Peak 9

Great location for beginners and intermediate skiers near peak 9. We rented and stored skis at the Maggie, and walked to the slopes each day. Couldn't have been easier.

Great location, but things were broken and 3rd bed was not up to par

The location of the property is great, a short walk to the lift and the shops. I thought overall it's a nice property, the kitchen is stocked, and having two parking spots is great. The hot tub was also nice to have. We had a few issues though. The pull-out couch was broken, so two of our guests did not have a comfortable place to sleep and has to put couch cushions and the pull out mattress on the ground, dog bed style. They did send a tech out to take a look the next day, but it still didn't get fully fixed, so the pull out still slanted when you laid down on it and it wasn't comfortable. Unfortunately, we were not offered a refund for this 1/3 of the stay. Additionally, when we came in, the fire place had been left on so the room was very hot. It took us a while to figure this out since its more of a space heater than a fireplace and doesn't light up or give an indication that it's on. There weren't any large blankets to use on the pull out either. The only extra blankets were scratchy. Consider bringing an air mattress and extra bedding if you plan on needing more than the two bedrooms! Also, the water filter hadn't been changed so the water tasted a bit off.

Very convenient location!

Overall, the stay was great. Easy, walking distance to town and Peak 9. Very clean. Perfect for a small group. Would stay here again. No issues whatsoever during the stay.
