The living area is beautifully designed, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The space is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and high-end cookware. The condo also features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Park Avenue Lofts is located in the heart of Breckenridge with easy access to shopping, dining and activities. Amenities include secure ski storage, access to a fitness area, and an underground heated parking spot, please note the clearance is 7'8".

Great location but dirty

Love the location and the property management team was great. However, when we walked into the rental upon arrival, there was a huge dark stain on the carpet (wine, i am assuming) left from previous renters and a lot of the windows were broken. For the price point and location I expected better.

Helpful staff great location

Perfect location, easy walk to peak 9 base. Staff let me store luggage in their office for a whole day. Very kind and what a lifesaver!
