Park Place Blanca Peak Condo is a nicely updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo in one of the most popular complexes in Breckenridge. Its prime location is one reason it’s in such high demand; it’s just across the street from downtown and the bottom of the Four O’ Clock ski run. You can walk to the ski lifts as well as the free ski shuttle, providing easy access to any of Breckenridge’s base areas.

The living area is cozy with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear you need to whip up a memorable meal. There’s plenty of seating in the attached dining area with room for six at the dinning room table and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen counter.

Just off the living area is the deck where you can enjoy the views from the comfortable patio seating. The Park Place condos have two shared hot tubs with an outdoor gas firepit. Easy walk to center of town

Overall comfortable property. Furniture and bathrooms are tired. Kitchen was well stocked. 3rd floor with no elevator was tough since we had lots of gear/suitcases. Fireplace was very nice.

Breckenridge Summer vacation

The property was great. It was clean and spacious. We are a family of four and we were very comfortable. Check in and check out process were well communicated. Management company did follow up during our stay to make sure everything is ok. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Main street for shopping and restaurants. Overall great property and location and highly recommended for a stay in Breckenridge.

Review

As owners of vacation rentals we found this property under furnished and not clean. We had to wash dishes before use. We had to ask property managers for soap and detergent. They left no kitchen cleaning supplies. There were no pot holders. As for the bedrooms the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of blankets. In one room the TV would not work and maintenance had to come the next day to fix the issue. One of the bathroom sinks was plugged and had to be fixed ( not what you expect on check in). The shower in the master needs a place to put your shower stuff instead of on the floor. Overall with just a small improvement in attenuation to details this could be a 5 star property.

Great location, super cute

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is super cute and flooring recently replaced, no carpet as shown in photos. Location is great for ski season Condo is 1/2 block from the gold bus pickup at F lot, and about a block walk from the ski out four 9 clock run. Main street shops and restaurants are a block away. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Great summer condo to explore Breckenridge

Perfect location - just a few minute walk to the heart of Main Street. Property manager made check-in/out very easy. Nice deck to enjoy the Colorado mornings & evenings. Access to the local pool was nice - about a 5 minute walk. No A/C (which was noted in the listing) but really didn’t need it while we were there. Wi-Fi was not accessible - fortunately we did not really need it as we spent most of our time out enjoying Colorado. No elevator - this is a 3rd floor unit - no issues for us but something to be aware of if it is needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The location was perfect. The 3rd floor was tough, carrying everything up all those stairs was a little difficult especially since we're not used to the thin air. The place was very nice. It did need a few little things though, like cleaner and sponges for the kitchen, since we cooked a lot. We needed more towels and toilet paper but the office was happy to give it to us. This trip was amazing! Thank you!

Condo was very clean and spacious. An uphill climb, I mean an uphill climb, to snowflake lift. Right in town. Only TV in living room worked and the furniture was too Uncomfortable to sit on. TV also needs a sound bar. Kitchen and amenities were amazing. 2nd Bedroom needs blackout curtains. I thought I was in Alaska. Would stay again if living room gets new furniture. All in all, place has been taken care of. Proudly cleanest propert EVER!

Spring break trip

First I'll start with positives, condo was perfect for 4 people, kitchen was fully stocked. It was nice there were some spices etc in pantry. Plenty of room to eat at kitchen island and dinning room table. Having 2 full bathrooms were nice. Location good if you like to walk to town. Cons-the living room couch and loveseat are very uncomfortable. They need updated. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. For skiers, it is not a good location. There are 2 bus stops nearby but it ends up being over a 30 minute ride to get picked up then go by all the other bus stops. In the afternoon, if no one is waiting at the bus stop they will just pass it so you're stuck walking back from a farther stop. I realize there are signs at the complex alerting dangerous weather conditions, but there are only a few set of stairs that are out in the element. They should be scraped of ice or have ice melt down. I had my skis, polls and boots in my hand so did not see the ice on the step and I fell all the way down. (ended up damaging a nerve in my leg). Since we were on the 3rd floor, we moved our car to the nearest set of stairs when we left. Our car was running and not blocking anyone trying to get by. We walked up to get luggage and after 5 minutes a huge sticker was put on our windshield saying no parking zone/will tow. There is no overhead lighting in the unit as well. Overall, I was disappointed for what we paid and how inconvenient the unit was for skiing. This is our 3rd year coming to Break and I have paid same amount for a newer unit and a TRUE ski in. We asked a few people where to ski in and no one had a clue. Nothing skied down conveniently to the condo building.

Guys ski trip

The property was clean and tidy. We had 4 friends traveling together for a 5 day ski trip. The accommodations worked out pretty well with the 4 beds. The house was furnished decent and the kitchen had everything we needed. A big plus was having some of the unopened items left by past guest. Sugar, coffee grounds, some spices, aluminum foil, etc. Not sure if they are usually stocked items, but it saved us from having to buy them. Having a liquor store and ski shop across the street was great. We literally parked the vehicle and walked the rest of the trip. Bars and restaurants are easy walking distance. Live music a block away. Great trip overall. Location to mountain was a ski in/bus up the mountain. So not a true ski in/out but it worked for us fine. Would stay here again.

Great Location & Condo

We were very happy with this condo. The floor plan is perfect, with the split-master setup. The amenities were amazing, they had everything we needed. Even a rubber basting brush for saucing up the shrimp we grilled on the nice gas grill on the patio. Furniture was comfortable and the place felt very spacious. Only thing we'd have liked was an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor. At 9500ft, it was taxing, but in reality, we all can use the exercise! Perfect condo. Will stay there again.

We arrived from USAFA on Parents weekend, Labor Day weekendwith our Doolie . From the minute we arrived the unit was welcoming, clean, and well equipped. The best part is the walk to town; close to everything. The weather could not have been better. Compared to other condos this was super reasonable. Will definitely be back!!!
