Absolutely incredible stay! I told Gary that of all of my years staying in Breck this was my favorite place to stay by far! Easy to find. Close to the town and lifts. Bed was super comfortable and had everything I needed for my annual week in Breck. The hot tub/pool facility was huge and I really enjoyed that they had a space to change after using the space. This is a little gem in breck and do not hesitate to book! I am hoping that my week is always available so I can stay in this little piece of heaven year after year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Breckenridge condo! The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Very short and convenient walk to Peak 9 area. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the lovely snow-covered view. Communication and convenience of entry, parking, etc. was excellent. Gary, the host was clear and concise with the listing. The view from the couch to the outside was beautiful especially for a couple of the days when it snowed. Relaxing Short Vacay

My husband and I had a great stay at Gary's place. The location was close to everything and had a lovely view of the aspen trees out the back. We read and enjoyed shopping Breckingridge as well as Frisco and took in the art fair in Dillon. The house was well stocked, bed was comfortable and even had a fan in the closet for our use. Would recommend and would stay here again if available!
