Talk about location: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and you’re strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Throw in a cozy condo, and you’ve got a recipe for a great mountain getaway!

Trails End Cozy Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to four. In the living area, there’s comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. The kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. The kitchen counter comfortably seats 4 people.

You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Great ski in, ski out 1br condo

Everything was very nice, and matched with the listing. Ski lift is a 1 minute walk out the back of the building. Laundry is right off the elevator on the same floor.Be aware that the luggage carts cannot be brought to parking lot due to a set of stairs.

Nice, comfortable condo for me and two of my teenage kids. Super convenient - ski-in ski out and a very short walk to downtown / Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops. Did not need my car once I arrived. Rental company was very responsive.

Overall the property is in very good shape. The condo was clean and well appointed. One suggestion would be to fix the floating floor to the left of the bar area. It is separating and catches your feet when you walk on it.There is easy access from the parking lot. The elevators work well. Access to the ski lift is a very short distance from the condo.

We stayed here for a holiday vacation and the location was perfect. It was easy ski-in/ski-out, which was great for our family's needs. The apartment was clean and the king bed mattress was more comfortable than most we stay in. Storage of our ski equipment was also easy.

Excellent summer stay

Perfect condo for 4-day mid-July visit by my wife and I. The photographs are an excellent depiction of the unit. All furniture is in excellent shape; the kitchen is modern and good. Location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the top of Main Street - so we never had to get in our car for walking around town or to dinner. (It's also short walking distance to the Quick Silver Super Chair.) Nice set of shelves and hanger space at the entrance; but no other storage furniture and just a very small closet. So storage space could be an issue if more than two people on a ski vacation. For two adults on a summer trip, we had plenty of space.

Couldn't have been better.

With the exception of the comfort of the pull out couch and a tricky fireplace, the place was beautiful. I loved the rugs which made me feel right at home. Great location, great communication with the rental place, and all in all, a really nice condo in an exceptional location. I hope we can come again. Thank you.

Skier's Dream Location

True ski-in, ski-out. Quiet, clean, cozy. So nice to take a walk after a full day of skiing for a drink and a bite to eat. Above average property management communication was much appreciated.
