A great spot for a large family gathering

The unit was comfortable and clean and the location great. The carpeting and dark wood looked a bit dated. We especially enjoyed our time at the bowling alley where all 10 of us enjoyed a friendly competition and the pool table in the lobby was great entertainment for the kids. Getting into the facility was stressful. The key box was crowded with some broken boxes and poor labeling. We had no communication about who to call for help. Fortunately, a second pair of eyes located the correct box and obtained the key cards. Suggest an emergency number to provide help with problems be added to the communications. We had requested hide-a-beds ahead of our stay and they were not there. The dishwasher badly needs a new bottom rack--silverware repeatedly fell through the holes. The sun coming through the high window was pretty brutal at mealtimes. We strongly suggest an adjustable blind. There should be facial tissues supplied in the bathrooms and the quality of paper products improved. There was no ice in the icemaker when we arrived other than cubed trays.
