Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living area, about 50 m², with large panoramic windows that bring the beauty of nature indoors and invite you to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including various coffee makers like a Senseo, Moka pot, and French press. For families with children, a "Tripp Trapp" high chair and a selection of toys are available.
The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a 55” Smart TV, a fireplace, a selection of books, and board games for relaxing and fun evenings. The ground floor is barrier-free, making it ideal for guests of all ages, and includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet (guest toilet), and a bedroom with direct access to the garden.
An open staircase (without railing!) leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a large bedroom with a king-size bed, comfortable seating, and a single bed, as well as an open workspace for those seeking peace and inspiration. The cozy "Loft Bedroom" is a charming partially enclosed space with an elegant curtain for added privacy.
