The apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake, is only 200 meters away from the lake, easily accessible via a nice pedestrian path immersed in nature. There are multiple bars, cafes, restaurants, the beach, a water sports center, two bus stops, a DESPAR supermarket, and a laundry service within 5 minutes of walking from the apartment.



You can also enjoy a lake-view terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining and sunbathing.



The living area is equipped with a designer sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed, a table, chairs, flat tv .



The sleeping area consists of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and another bedroom with a single bed and in the living room a sofa bed.

The kitchen is attached to the living area and is equipped with a hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer.

The kitchen has pots, plates, pans, cups, glasses, and all the cooking tools.



The black and white designer bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper, and a first aid kit.



You can enjoy a beautiful seasonal pool and a neatly maintained Italian garden in residence.



The apartment is fully equipped with towels and bedding.



There is also cleaning equipment, dishwashing liquid, washing liquid for the washing machine, dishwasher tabs, a drying rack for clothes, an iron, and an ironing board. There is a garage.
