Fancy a family or friends holiday? With its 4 bedrooms, this single-storey Vendée house accommodates up to 10 people (8 adults max). Designed with a natural and authentic spirit, it favours reclaimed materials and simple equipment. The four bunk beds can be suitable for children over 6 years old. The house has 1 bathroom with shower* and 2 toilets. An independent, fully equipped kitchen facilitates meal preparation. The comfortable living room with fireplace is equipped with a TV and Wii console and allows you to gather for convivial moments. Tastefully and simply redecorated, it makes your holiday stay very pleasant. All windows open onto the hedge-enclosed garden. You will enjoy the beautiful sunshine of the coastline on the large terrace and in the garden, equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. 2 cars can be parked on site.



The sea and beaches are your main playgrounds in Brétignolles sur Mer, one of the main seaside resorts in Vendée. The sandy beach of La Sauzaie is located 500 m from your holiday home. You can swim, walk, relax or learn to surf there. You will also find a fish farm open all year round to buy delicious seafood. Along the coast, numerous routes invite you to hike and walk or cycle, between dunes and pine forest. A popular destination on the Atlantic coast, Brétignolles has many restaurants and bars waiting for you in the town centre (3 km away) or by the sea. Especially in summer, many activities will punctuate your stay. Bel emplacement

Une maison agréable, proche de la mer. Elle correspond bien à la description. Nous avons passé un bon reveillon de Noel tous ensemble. Les seuls bemols: Manque un four à micro-ondes, les appareils electromenagers sont un peu bruyants, un grand canapé pour recevoir toute une famille serait bienvenu, ainsi qu'un éclairage extérieur même solaire serait pratique.

Les +: - nombreux couchages - décoration sympathique - une partie des chambres isolées du bruit de la pièce de vie - 2 sdb et 2 WC - vaisselles nombreuses - terrasse agréable - maison proche de la mer - la disponibilité du concierge en cas de besoin Les - : - la propreté parfois juste (partie douche, dans certains placards de la cuisine, certains éléments de vaisselles moyennement propres) - Le forfait ménage qui devait être prit 10 jours avant (annoncé par le conciege) alors que sur le guide d'entrée il est noté 48h avant d'arrivée. - il manque peut-être un canapé dans le salon pour profiter du salon en cas de mauvais temps ou dans le cas d'une location à la semaine

On y est presque

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille dans cette très belle maison à Bretignolles avec petits et grands, tout proche de la mer et au calme. Il existe cependant un gros point noir dans cette location et non des moindres : l'ensemble de la literie des 4 chambres est dans un état déplorable.... Les matelas sont inconfortables au possible, visiblement de très basse qualité ( tout mous ou tassés) , le mal de dos n'a donc épargné aucun des membres de notre famille et les nuits étaient peu réparatrices. Dommage, car pour le reste c'était très bien, mais sans sommeil, on passe à côté du séjour de "rêve".

Nous avons été très bien accueillis . La maison est spacieuse ,fonctionnelle,et à l’extérieur on a pu y manger faire un barbecue,se reposer dans un espaces ombragé très agréable Parfait pour 10 personnes deux toilettes et deux salles de bains . Et la maison esr très fraîche .

Descriptif de l'annonce non correct

Agencement des chambres non correct sur l'annonce 2 chambres grands lits, 1 chambres 2 petits lits et 1 chambre avec 1 lit superposé et arrivé la bas 3 chambres grands lits et 1 chambre 2 lits superposés. Ensuite prévenu la veille que le barbecue ne fonctionnait pas pour 1 week end de 3 jours sans barbecue cela est moyen alors qu'il était notifié dans l'annonce. Pas de transat pour dehors, pas de micro ondes. En guise de canapé (2 palettes avec un matelas dessus) et 2 fauteuils en fait ce sont 2 chaises. La TV pas de chaînes obligé de mettre une application pour regarder la TV. La personne fait un état des lieux approndis à notre départ (placards etc) par contre a notre arrivée juste la visite des lieux. Il faut que les propriétaires revoyent tout ça car ils vont avoir de mauvais retour ce serait dommage car si il y aurait des changements maison parfaite.
