Hello dear guests,
In keeping with our policy of continued upgrades, we added a new state-of-the-art washer and dryer with sanitizing features last year and for the 2021 season, we renovated the master bath. It now features a heated tile floor and for an added touch of luxury, a deep soaking tub!. The back deck now has four comfortable chairs and a table. We can't contain our excitement about welcoming you to our condo at Ocean Edge. All of the most important things will be the same but there will be a few operational changes. We will need a little more time to clean and disinfect so the check-in time will now be 4 pm and the check out time will be 10 am.
Please relax and rejuvenate while protecting each other simultaneously! We hope you'll join us!

The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo -which sleeps 6. Located on the 9th fairway. Two king bedrooms (one can be converted to two twins) and one queen bedroom. All new beds. TV's in all the bedrooms and living space with Comcast X1 whole house DVR service and WIFI. CENTRAL AC. Designer/Artist owned. Private setting with three decks to enjoy the Cape Cod weather. 2nd floor unit features 14' cathedral ceilings, new luxury bathroom with rain head shower and heated floors.

Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is a private club with resort amenities on Cape Cod. As such, in order to enjoy the Club facilities, you must be sponsored by a Member of the Club. The credentials that have been issued identify you as a Sponsored Guest (unaccompanied guest) of a member. As the guest of a member, you have access to a variety of amenities and activities around the property. Guest cards must be kept with you at all times as they represent your identification as a guest of a member and serve as your access key for the Club.

The Sponsored Guest Cards that you have been provided are encoded with your name, local address and dates of stay that the member has previously submitted to Membership Services. Additional guest cards will not be issued without the expressed authorization of the member, and only guests with proper credentials will be permitted access to the Club amenities. Each guest must present a valid guest card for entry into the Club recreational amenities.

Sponsored Guest Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide.

**Please note the Membership Desk does not accept cash, and a credit card is required for payment of passes. Sponsored Guests DO NOT have charging privileges and must carry a form of payment for purchases made throughout the property.

Guests may pick up their Sponsored Guest Passes at the Membership Desk located inside the Linx Clubhouse across from Arbor Village. The Membership Desk is open Tuesday - Saturday between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
